Dr. Weber attended Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine and
received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. His transitional internship was at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was the Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) at Evans Army Community Hospital, and the first Installation Director of Psychological Health (IDPH) for Fort Carson, Colorado, as well as the consultant for the Army’s Substance Abuse Program (ASAP).
